The call-out fee is charged on top of the job price. Rekeys start from $60 + GST per lock, lockouts from $125 + GST, and lock or deadbolt replacement from $150 + GST. We are open 6:00 AM – 8:30 PM every day, with emergency callouts available 24/7 (after-hours price confirmed by phone).

How we price
Every job has two parts: a call-out fee of $35 + GST, and the price of the work itself. The work price depends on what you need (for example a lockout, a rekey or a new lock), the lock you choose, and the time of day. After-hours prices are confirmed by phone before we attend.
When you call, describe the problem and we will give you the price. We confirm it with you before any work starts, so you know what you are paying before we begin.
What a typical job costs
- House or car lockout: call-out $35 + lockout from $125 = from $160 + GST (from $176 including GST).
- Rekey one lock: call-out $35 + rekey from $60 = from $95 + GST (from $104.50 including GST).
- Lock or deadbolt replacement: call-out $35 + replacement from $150 = from $185 + GST (from $203.50 including GST), plus the lock you choose.
